Cementing plug
The bottom cementing plug is used to separate the spacer fluid or drilling mud, as well as the well cement squeezed into the annular space.
The plug is highly resistant to aggressive substances and fluids. Due to its modern design, it can be easily and quickly milled out.
The plug effectively cleans up the walls, due to its tight fit to the walls of the column.
Thanks to the proprietary design of the TrueLOCK anti-rotation system, the plug is securely fixed in the CKOD and does not rotate during drilling. TrueLOCK technology makes it easier to mill out the plug and valve in the CKOD, and reduces the time spent on well construction.
Plugs are available in sizes from 102 mm (4 ") to 340 mm (13 3/8"), and other sizes are available on special order.
