The shoe can also be used for rotation, thereby increasing the chances of reaching the target depth of the wellbore.
The TrueREAMER shoe features an aluminum or polymer EasyDrillOut nose that can be easily drilled out without damaging your equipment. A body centralizer with straight blades and a full-bore cutter coating provides stability and reduces the risk of sticking and under-reaching the target depth.
To meet the needs of the oil and gas industry, we have developed three main modifications of the TrueREAMER shoe for light (Base modification), medium (Advanced modification) and difficult (Harsh modification) running conditions. TrueREAMER takes on challenges where other shoes fail.
The shoe is equipped with one or two premium high-strength TrueLOCK Valves.
The EasyDrillOut nose design allows the nose to be drilled out in the shortest time in the industry, saving unproductive time.
On request, the TrueREAMER shoe can be supplied with side flush holes. The shoe is supplied with three central flush holes as standard.
Shoes sizes are from 102 mm (4 ") to 340 mm (13 3/8") with connecting threads OTTG and OTTM, as well as Batress or premium threads such as TMK PF, TMK GF, TMK FMC, VAM TOP, ChT- VT.
